The Service may include account management, OAuth authorization workflows, API access, connected-account features, security controls, logs, and administrative tools.
2. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, access tokens, API keys, and administrative permissions. You are also responsible for activities that occur under your account or organization, including actions taken by users, administrators, and systems that you authorize.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep relevant contact and billing information, if applicable, up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
- Transmit malware, phishing content, spam, or harmful code.
- Abuse OAuth, API, identity, or token-related functionality.
- Reverse engineer or bypass technical limits except where permitted by law.
4. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service may allow you to connect third-party services, including Google services, through OAuth or other authorization mechanisms. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to authorize those connections and for complying with the terms and policies of the relevant third-party services.
EAK is not responsible for third-party services, websites, products, or content. Third-party services may change, suspend, or discontinue features in ways that affect the Service.
5. Google OAuth and User Data
If you authorize EAK to access Google user data, we will use that data only to provide or improve user-facing features that you have requested, to maintain security, or to comply with applicable obligations. Our use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and Google Data Use disclosure.
6. Customer Content and Data
You retain ownership of content, configuration, data, and materials that you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant EAK a limited right to process Customer Data as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy or applicable agreement.
7. Security
You agree to use the Service in a secure and responsible manner. You should promptly notify us at official@genauth.ai if you believe your account, credentials, token, API key, or integration has been compromised.
8. Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time. We aim to operate the Service reliably, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
9. Fees and Payment
Some features may require payment or a separate agreement. If paid features apply, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes according to the pricing, order form, or agreement presented to you.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that could harm EAK, our users, or third parties.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EAK disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
