This Privacy Policy explains how Eazo Agent Kit ("EAK", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use our websites, products, services, APIs, and integrations.

  • Authentication and authorization information, including login events, user identifiers, OAuth connection metadata, access scopes, and token status information required to operate the Service.

  • Third-party integration data that you explicitly authorize us to access, such as basic profile information or data needed to provide a connected feature.

If you choose to connect a Google Account or authorize access through Google OAuth, EAK will only request access to Google user data that is necessary for the feature you choose to use. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include basic account profile information, email address, or other Google API data associated with the scopes shown on the Google consent screen.

EAK's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate users and manage authorized access to resources.
  • Operate OAuth, API, and third-party integration workflows.
  • Process user requests, support inquiries, and administrative tasks.

  • With your organization administrator, if your account is managed by an organization using EAK.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain audit records, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, account status, security needs, and applicable legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location and account type, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete certain personal information. You may also revoke third-party authorizations, including Google OAuth permissions, through your account settings or the relevant third-party provider's security settings.
